eclectic post modern???


I came across this building today on a listserv... sourced from another list.   Anyway, what a great building.  No idea where it is, or who designed it!

    Thanks Philip. Its a well researched article. It seems Sergei Tkachenko was the architect.

    A unique structure and design. It is nice to know about this architectural idea, for my next tour to Moscow I probably visit one of the buildings you capture Richard.
